Busy, busy bee.

Last month, I decided to do something about my 5-month unemployment status and sent in applications to two stores. They said that they weren't hiring yet, but they would probably be hiring soon because summer was on the rise. No big deal to wait it out, because it gave me time to get my head straight in school. Sunday morning I got a call back from one of the stores, saying how they would like for me to come in for an interview today. So I got up bright and early this morning, got ready- which is probably the most make-up putting and hairstyling I've done since January- went to my class for the day, and then headed to the mall for my interview. The outcome? I have a second interview on Thursday! THANK GOODNESS.

A little random weird fact about me: Yesterday during my BUS101 class, my professor told us this little story about how chanting "I'm a money magnet. I'm a money magnet. I'm a magnificent money magnet." has been proven effective for him, his past students, and people he knows. So just for the hell of it, I decided to chant that in my car on my way to the interview. Now I'm not saying that saying the chant is a 100% guarantee or anything, but I will most definitely be chanting that on my way to my second interview on Thursday. Maybe it works, it probably really doesn't, but I don't see any harm in doing it!

Anyways. After the interview, me and Momma headed over to my Uncle Ted's house because it's my cousin Arjae's 5th birthday AND Hawaii is finally in Vegas. The house was jam-packed with little ones, and I loved it! Not to mention, I really missed my babies. I'm surprised that when I walked into the house, they yelled out my name and ran to hug me. So loved :)

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay at my Uncle's house because I had to come back home and do homework (which I still haven't done). On the bright side, tomorrow I'm going with all of them to the Mini Grand Prix! Oh, how I've missed them.

Ok. Well I've been home for an hour now, so I really should get to doing that homework -____-

XOXO,
Celestine
