crabs in city center.
This past weekend, Stephen decided to come into town since his school didn't start until Monday. I always love when he comes to visit, and I love our "usual" things- movies, dinner (usually sushi), yogurt, playing video games, and trying out new recipes. Thanks to my mom pushing us to get out of the house more often, Stephen in town is usually the only time I act semi-tourist, so this time around we went to do some mini-exploring of City Center. We took in the architecture, ate some good ice cream (definitely not $5 good, in my opinion), walked past stores we couldn't afford going into, and then came back home to stuff our faces.

On an unrelated note: To those who are subscribed to our blog, you'll notice that it's updated only once a month (if that). I only intended to update this blog whenever Stephen and I have together time, and Stephen rarely updates at all. I went back to having my own personal Blogger if anyone's interested :)

one year of crabs.

CAUTION: It's going to look like pictures threw up on this blog entry.
Not only was the 1st the beginning of a new year, but it was also our one-year anniversary. A couple months prior to December, we had started planning on spending New Year's Eve in Disneyland. I'm so glad that plans came through, because it was so nice seeing Disneyland holiday-fied, and (as cheesy as this is going to sound) it was nice to be there with Stephen :)

On the downside, I lost my phone while we were there :( But it's okay, because Stephen got me funnel cake to cheer me up. And I'm guessing tomorrow my parents and I are going to T-Mobile and see what's up with getting me a phone again.
Being phone-less aside, 2009 was a great year that came to an amazing end; 2010 started off right, and I'm excited to see what this year has to offer.
